The Prep Tool bridges coating removal and polishing in The Diamond Devil® Concrete & Terrazzo System, delivering a water-only, chemical-free process developed specifically for concrete polishing, terrazzo floor polishing, and consistent polished concrete results. It smooths the surface after Mastic Demon® use, removes light sealers, and creates a clean, uniform profile ready for polishing.

Concrete Prep

Refines scratch patterns left after coating removal and quickly removes light sealers for a smoother surface profile.

Terrazzo Prep

Removes floor finish (up to 5 coats), sealer (up to 2 coats), and one coat of urethane with water only, preparing cementitious terrazzo for polishing.

Floating-Head Design

Independent, patent pending floating heads maintain consistent contact on uneven floors for fast, uniform results.
